College Discovery

The College Discovery Program is a New York State funded two-year opportunity program offered at six CUNY community colleges. The CD program allows students to develop essential skills for academic success and personal growth. Participants are provided with financial assistance, personalized academic guidance, tutoring for those in need, and counseling services.

Students can apply for College Discovery through the regular CUNY admissions process. When completing the CUNY application, indicate your interest in CD/SEEK. Students are only accepted as entering freshman in the initial fall semester; however, students may be eligible when transferring to Kingsborough from another CUNY college where they were already in the CD/SEEK Program.
