Congratulations on deciding to join the KCC family! We are here to support you in achieving your academic goals. Now let’s get you ready for registration. Please follow the general steps below to finalize your enrollment.

Step 1 - Activate Your CUNYFirst Account
Visit the CUNYfirst login page to set up your account. Click the “New User” link, enter the requested information, and then create a new password.

Step 2 - Accept Admission Offer
Confirm that you plan to attend KCC by accepting the offer of admission.  You can do this through your admission offer email or through your CUNYfirst account.

Step 3 - Meet CUNY Immunization Requirements

Step 4 - Apply for Financial Aid 

Step 5 - Review CUNY's Vaccination Policy and Upload Documents 

Step 6 - Meet with Your Academic Advisor and Register for Classes
All new students will meet with an academic advisor to discuss their major, select classes, and register. Watch your email inbox for a link to schedule an advisement appointment.

Step 7- Attend New Student Orientation 
New Student Orientation provides an overview of the resources available to set yourself up to be a successful KCC student. Check your email inbox for information about New Student Orientation as we get closer to the start of the semester.
