Office of Legal Affairs and Labor Relations

 

The Office of Legal Counsel and Labor Designee manages and coordinates the College’s legal affairs. The office serves the Kingsborough Community College community on a wide range of matters, including interpretation and application of University bylaws and policies; compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations; and serves as the College’s Ethics Officer as well as Records Access Officer. The office further provides support to the College on matters involving legal interpretation and facilitating transactions between the College and external entities.
