NSC Myhub

Myhubis a free and secure online application provided by theNational Student Clearinghouse. Myhub provides students with access to their verified education record from Kingsborough Community College and all other colleges and universities that participate in Myhub where they also have an academic record as well as many convenient self-service features.

Through Myhub, students can:
    • Download and print enrollment certificates and degree verifications
    • Order transcripts
    • Add digital credentials hosted on Credly to your Myhub learner record
Through Myhub, students have lifetime access to their complete academic record of enrollment and degrees earned from participating institutions. They will also benefit from immediate access to new capabilities and resources, which will serve them throughout their professional life, as they are added to Myhub.  
Students enrolled at Kingsborough Community College within the last ten years (from 2014) with a CUNYfirst Student ID number may proceed to access the Myhub account by clicking the NSC Myhub tile in the Student Center.  All other students may order official transcripts directly from Parchment.com.

    • What is NSC Myhub? 
      NSC Myhub is a secure online application offered by the National Student Clearinghouse, which provides learners with access to their verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub.
    • How do students access NSC Myhub? 
      Students can access Myhub using their campus-specific link or by going to Myhub.org, clicking on login, and searching for their campus. From there they will use their CUNYfirst single-sign-on to login. Students should not make their own accounts for Myhub.
    • What do I do if a student has a question regarding their enrollment or degree data?
       The data available on the NSC Myhub comes directly from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Any updates or corrections to the data would need to be made manually in NSC.
    • Will alumni be able to access NSC Myhub? 
      Any student with enrollment reported to NSC within the last 10 years should be able to see their data on Myhub.
    • What are Credly, Badgr, and ScholarshipOwl? 
      These are outside services that are connected to Myhub. Credly and Badgr offer online credential hosting while ScholarshipOwl allows students to search for scholarships. Students are able to make their own accounts on any of these platforms if they are interested in them.
    • What is a CeDiploma? 
      CeDiplomas are Certified Electronic Diplomas from Paradigm. CUNY does not currently utilize this service, and students will not be able to access digital diplomas on Myhub. However, if the student has prior enrollment from another institution that does offer CeDiplomas they may be able to access those through Myhub.
