Academic Support 

The College Discovery Program (CD) provides you with academic support in a various subject. All CD students who are on academic probation or enrolled in a basic skills course are required to register for extra help.

Our expert tutors speak multiple languages and could assist with:

    • Reading and Writing (all levels)
    • Mathematics and Science
    • Introductory core courses (PSY, SOC, PHI, HIS, etc...)
    • Research and term papers

College Discovery tutoring services is conducted in small groups or one-on-one depending on the tutor’s availability and students’ need.

We also provide:
    • A computer lab and free printing
    • Laptops available to use on campus
    • Academic Workshops
What is expected of the student?

All students who register for tutoring are expected to attend each session for the entire semester, to be on time, and to be prepared.

Where are we located?

College Discovery tutoring center is located in the library on the 5th floor (L-516).
