Differentials for Advanced Degrees- Non-Teaching Instructional Staff Form

Kingsborough Community College’s Human Resources Guidelines for Applications for Salary Differential based on Education Credentials

- College Laboratory Technicians, Senior College Laboratory Technicians, Chief College Laboratory Technicians, and Assistants to Higher Education Officer who hold a master's degree from an accredited university in a field related to their job duties shall receive a $1,000 annual salary differential.
- College Laboratory Technicians, Senior College Laboratory Technicians, Chief College Laboratory Technicians, and Assistants to Higher Education Officer who hold a doctoral degree from an accredited university in a field related to their job duties shall receive a $2,500 annual Salary Differential.

The Provision also requires that the advanced degree be sufficiently related to the employee’s duties, to warrant receipt of the salary differential.

- Completed Salary Differential Request Form
- Official transcript
- Official diploma
