New York State is offering a limited-time opportunity for adults aged 25 to 55 to attend Kingsborough Community College for FREE. Choose from 19 degree programs in high-demand fields. This special program covers your tuition, fees, and books!
To qualify, you must:
- Be 25–55 years old at the start of your first semester
- Live in New York State and qualify for in-state tuition
- Have never earned a college degree (credits, certificates, or microcredentials are okay)
- Take at least six required credits (part-time) or 12+ credits (full-time) per semester towards your approved degree
- Submit the FAFSA and apply for NYS TAP or the NYS DREAM Act, if you’re eligible

- Choose one of the 19 approved majors
- Submit your financial aid forms
