Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Supplemental Information Report (SIR)
Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Dear Colleagues,
Last summer, I shared that the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) reaffirmed our accreditation and requested a Supplemental Information Report (SIR),
due February 3, 2026. The SIR was to provide additional evidence of:
- Fiscal and human resources, as well as physical and technical infrastructure adequate to support our operations.
- Documented financial resources, funding base, and plans for financial development—including those from any related entities—adequate to support our educational purposes and programs and to ensure financial stability.
- Full disclosure of financial information (e.g., financial statements, audits, or financial reports, plans, or budgets), including reports provided to the City University of New York (CUNY), that allow Commission representatives to assess the institution's financial viability and management.
You can find the full accreditation action on the MSCHE website.
We have submitted the completed report and added it to our MSCHE 2025 Self-Study Report Documents webpage for your review, along with our Self-Study Report, the Self-Study Site Visit Team
Report, and our Institutional Response.
Thank you to Dean Davy, VP Escobar, and SVP Thimba for their work in collecting the
evidence and writing the report, and to Professor Loretta Brancaccio-Taras, Professor
John Mikalopas, Professor Keisha Thompson, and Provost Sharon Warren-Cook for their
feedback on an earlier draft.
Regards,
