Managing My CUNYfirst Account:

If you have trouble accessing your CUNYfirst account, please contact the Student Help Desk @ L-105, L-106, L-107, M-200, or M-224 or e-mail: [email protected] or phone 718-368-6679 to claim your CUNYfirst account.

Important Information:

1. Username and CUNYfirst ID - Record your CUNYfirst ID! It is used to identify you in CUNYfirst and across campus. Also, please make a note of your CUNYfirst username (your first dot last name followed by the last two digits of your CUNYfirst ID).
2. Personal Information - Students may add/edit their Home, Mail, and Billing addresses through self-service in CUNYfirst.

Note: Students must visit the Registrar's office in room A101 to change their permanent address. Changes to name, date of birth, and social security number can be made at this same location.
